Below you will find just a few examples of the spectacular cuisine we can provide; we are by no means limited to these menus and frequently design menus tailored to our client’s specific needs and desires.

EpiCatering’s hand crafted canapés are a perfect compliment to any special event; a lovely option to serve with welcoming drinks or as a memorable addition to cocktail parties, product launches and so much more!
EpiCatering has cooked hundreds of exquisite paellas over the years and like to think that we have perfected the art of cooking this ever-popular dish. We currently have the ability to provide our cost effective paella catering for up to 2000 guests.
Our barbecues are always freshly prepared using only the finest produce; we do not compromise on the quality of the ingredients and whenever possible we source locally and seasonally.
At EpiCatering we start by using the finest free range Sussex pigs for our hogs roasts; we take great pride in knowing that our Sussex lambs and pigs are traceable from field to fork.

In this section of our website you can find main course menu dishes that are perfect for larger events that need to have excellent food that is attractively priced.
Our delectable desserts are made entirely by EpiCatering using ingredients that are are locally sourced as much as possible; in many cases the ingredients are organic, free-range and hand picked in season.
Thank you so much for your work on the day, it was fantastic and we had a great time.
