It was our first time catering a wedding at Fordcombe Village Hall: https://fordcombevillage.co.uk. Located on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, this brilliant venue was built in 2021 and is easily one of the finest village halls in the area.

Freddie and Patrick's wedding was held on Saturday 31st May 2025; we started out by serving a selection of our canapés with the welcoming drinks:

Baby Beef Kofta Kebabs
Thai chili drizzle
 
Gingered Chicken Cakes
Topped with mango and a coriander lime mayonnaise
 
Pan-Seared Polenta (VG)
Topped with guacamole and tomato
 
Parmesan and Rosemary Shortbreads (V)
Creamed goat's cheese and red onion chutney
 
Strip Sirloin in Gruyère Gougères
Horseradish crème fraîche and chives

The main course was served on sharing platters to the tables and was followed by a plated dessert trio.

It was a truly fabulous and memorable occasion, wishing the lovely couple all the very best in their future together as husband and wife!
