On Saturday 21st June 2025 we were fortunate enough to cater the wedding reception of Ben and Anna Mitchell. Their venue of choice was Trading Boundaries in Fletching which is close to Uckfield in East Sussex: https://www.tradingboundaries.com/weddings/. It was our first time catering at this brilliant venue and all of us thoroughly enjoyed working with the venue's friendly, organised and professional team members.

We had been working with Ben and Anna since 2023 on their plans to make this a very special occasion. After they had finished the wedding ceremony we served a lovely selection of our canapés with the welcoming drinks.

Once the guests had been seated in the beautifully decorated marquee we served the main course to the tables on sharing platters and bowls.

We finished off by serving some very tasty paellas for the evening food that were also very well received.

We looked at so many companies to cater for our wedding. Once we spoke to Marcus we knew we had found the right one. His professional approach and attention to detail was unbelievable. He replied to emails (and there were a lot) in minutes. The tasting was one of the best parts of this journey. By the time the wedding came we felt so relaxed as we knew Marcus and the team would smash it. The food that got delivered by the team was something else. First and foremost, thank you both for choosing us to cater your wonderful wedding! What a day! And what a beautiful venue you chose - our first time catering there and it couldn’t have been easier. You’re probably not aware of what a difference the location of everything makes to us - it enables us to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible and get the guests fed as quickly as possible! We received many compliments on the food, with some of the guests going out of their way to find the ‘kitchen’ area to speak to us and thank us - that means a lot.
