Our hands-on approach management team take an active role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the company's operations. Every client has a dedicated manager who is the central point of contact for all stages of the event, maintaining a close working relationship with the client and offering support and direction to the on-site team.
Our managing director Marcus Leckenby takes pride in being directly involved with our clients at an operational level; he has over 25 years experience in the catering profession and makes all aspects of client service and satisfaction a personal priority.
EpiCatering’s food hygiene policy is strictly observed by all of our team members; all our professional chefs hold certification in food safety and we are all dedicated to providing cuisine of the highest standard.
Included in the cost of all quotations are uniformed professional chefs; if you would like to upgrade the level of service for your event, we can easily provide you with experienced additional waiting and bar staff. All events are different, just let us know how formal or informal you would like your event to be and we will be pleased to make the appropriate staffing level recommendations.
Over the years, EpiCatering has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of reputable and reliable providers. We offer all our clients a complimentary coordination service tailored to individual wishes, arranging anything from marquees, tables, chairs, linens and glassware to DJ’s, photographers, flamenco dancers, magicians, entertainers, specialist musicians and bands.
We can arrange as much or as little as you like, from sourcing recommended suppliers through to designing and creating the occasion from start to finish. We are familiar with services, suppliers and products that are value for money and would only recommend those who do a fantastic professional job. Our aim is to be in the background dealing with everything efficiently, so you can confidently relax and completely enjoy your special event.
Beverage Service Options
EpiCatering will always be happy to prepare and serve beverages that you provide for any celebration. For most events we can provide chilling facilities free of charge, ice and other items, at cost. We can also make quantity recommendations for all beverages to be served throughout the course of your event and can supply appropriate glassware. We also offer unlimited beverage packages for our customers at reasonable prices; this option completely removes any complications associated with providing your own drinks, allowing you to relax and enjoy your celebration in style.
For events with more than 75 guests we can set up a fully stocked cash bar with a selection of premium spirits, wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks; pricing would reflect that of most competitive pubs. A cash bar may also be a sensible way of reducing some of the costs associated with larger events; we can run a cash bar throughout the course of the entire celebration, or you may choose to supply the welcoming drinks and wines for the dining service, after which we could open a cash bar. Whichever option you choose, we will ensure your guests enjoy themselves until the close of your event.
Our On-Site Kitchens
EpiCatering provides one of our fully independent kitchens for every event, this is done by way of our 3M by 4.5M catering canopies. Our kitchens are always set up long before the guest arrival time; we always aim to break down and clean up after food service as discreetly as possible.
